At the moment in USA the atvs they have been prohibited because people thought that the motorcycles was a toy, and they didn't respect the police norms, this causes that people used the atvs irresponsibly and they had but indexes of deaths in the costs of united states, for that reason people have decisively forbidden to use the atvs inside the American beaches.
For that reason we should use in a responsible way the atvs so that they have this way less accidents and with that more security inside the beach.Guatemala should be a step ahead and to create laws for the circulation of the same ones in the beach or that the colonies have rules that the proprietors know and they tell to their companies when going for a ride in the atvs.
For example: In Colombia a colony called “the sands" and in her a regulation exists, so much stops companies as for the proprietors (if they want to see it they visit: www.lasarenasclub.org).

Me parece muy interesante la propuesta de que Guatemala vaya un paso adelante poniendo leyes de circulación para las atvs. De hecho se pueden poner policias de transito en las playas o no??
yo digo que arriba guate y que las reglas dentro de la playa sean mas respetadas!!!!!
